Call to order at 7:05 p.m. by Jon Kucharski.  Minutes of general meeting April 27, 1965 will read and accepted.  Minutes of Executive Committee meeting May 2, 1965 were read and accepted.

Service Report was presented by Dave Arlen and committee.  Membership Report by Ed Skea.

Initiation held Friday 8 p.m.  Check bulliten board for wear, know your thoughts.

Administrative Report given by Roger Crouse.  Get your reservations immediately!

Treasures Report and financial report given by Larry Reinhardt.

MSP: to source Larry Reinhardt to SWAP
MSP: to name Dave Arlen as alternative candidate.
MSP: to accept Fitchburg State College into APO.
MSW: to accept East Texas Baptist College into APO
MSP: to accept Walker College into APO
MS: That the chapter approve all of the pledges who got a unanimous vote or board of review in his favor.  (Dave Greenstein) motion ruled out of order by chair by reason of contrary to bylaws of chapter.

Onto the pledge elections

Chair turned over to 2nd VP Ed Skea for the pledge elections.

MSP to reconsider Gil Daniels for brotherhood (John Kucharski)

Chair turned back to Jon Kucharski.  Ballot vote taken up for this vote.  Gil Daniels makes it in on the second vote.
